01 What do I actually own?+

A genuine share in the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that holds the property — a company set up to own that single building, and nothing else. Your name is on the ownership: real fractional equity, not a token or a note.

02 How does the income work?+

You collect your portion of the rental income, paid monthly. No tenants to manage, no repairs to organise — the property is fully managed. When the property sells, you receive your share of the profit on top.

03 What's the minimum investment?+

A minimum of A$500 (500 Australian dollars) to start. You review the available properties, see every projected number and detail, and decide exactly where your money goes — before you commit a cent.

04 Why is each deal capped?+

Real deals have a fixed funding size. Once a property reaches its investor cap, it closes permanently — no second round. First in, first served. This keeps each deal clean and the returns real.

05 What are the risks?+

All investments carry risk including loss of principal. Property values, occupancy, and market conditions affect returns. Completed deals have come in at 18–22% over 18–24 months — past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Only invest what you can afford to.
